Sharon Stone lost physical custody of her 8 year-old son Roan to his father Phil Bronstein. In 2004 the former couple divorced, and entered into a joint legal and physical custody agreement. Bronstein went back to court, and on September 12 the court said:
Phil Bronstein "shall have permanent sole physical custody of child. Court finds that Respondent (Sharon Stone) failed to meet her burden of proof and denies Respondent’s (Sharon Stone’s) request for modification of custody."
The judge said this order is permanent unless there is a change of circumstances.
We are assuming that Sharon’s crazy behavior lately is what prompted Bronstein to petition the court to change the custody agreement. Sharon’s visitation, holiday, and vacation rights remain unchanged however.
As Sharon would say, "it’s Karma."

Tito is happier than I have ever seen him, it is so fulfilling to see him so proud. He looked me in the eye today after our doctors appointmet and said "I’m the luckiest man on earth… thank you for having my babies". I cried.
i have been spending my days on bedrest, not because it is doctor ordered… but because, I am so incredibly fatigued and nauseous. Its hard to drag myself out of bed some mornings, which is hard for me… since I am always so active! I have officially gained 7 pounds so far, and am planning on a lot more. I crave fruit by the gallon… ornages and pineapple are at the top of my list. Cereal at 3 am suits me every night!
Lastly, I want to thank all of you for your unwavering support. It means so much to me, I don’t think you even know. There are a lot of nasty comments from insensitive people, but in my state of incredible happiness… It doesnt matter what they say!

Brooke Mueller, the pregnant wife of Charlie Sheen, is in her first trimester. She was having excruciating pain last week, so she went to the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The docs had to perform emergency gallbladder surgery. Dr. Cherlin Johnson an emergency medicine physician in Beverly Hills said:

"Any kind of surgery in the first trimester carries a lot of risks given that this is an intensive time of development for the embryo.."
"You try to minimize medication to the mother during that time. However, if there is an escalating infection, that could be life threatening to the mother and therefore for the fetus as well."

Mueller was in the hospital five days, and has been home recovering for the past five days. She was well enough to attend the horrible Emmy Awards with Charlie. She probably wishes she had stayed home.

Casey Aldridge took pictures of Jamie Lynn Spears breast feeding their daughter Maddie Briann Spears, then went to Wal-Mart to get the pictures printed. Now police are investigating the possibility an employee made extra copies, and is trying to sell them. The problem with that idea is that Jamie is still under 18 years-old, so those pictures are of a minor, which makes it illegal to sell the pictures, even though it was legal for Jamie to have sex, and get pregnant. Scratching my head thinking about that one.
Plus, the pictures are considered stolen.
When the catch the person, should charges be filed? The person works a low paying Walmart job, then suddenly someone hands them a suitcase full of money (pictures of Jamie breast feeding), and says print these for me. What would you do?
Let me just add that Casey is a rocket scientist for taking those pictures to Walmart of his celebrity girlfiriend. Perhaps he should have invested in a color laser printer, and some glossy paper.

TrAvIs BaRkEr AnD DJ AM AlMoSt KiLlEd In PlAnE CrAsH

Travis Barker and DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) were almost killed in Columbia, South Carolina when their lear jet attempted to take off, but crashed on the runway at Columbia Metropolitan Airport, killing four people, and severely injuring Barker and Goldstein. Barker and Goldstein were in Columbia Friday night as part of a concert in Columbia’s Five Points. Both Barker and Goldstein were transported to an Augusta, Georgia burn center, and are both listed in critical condition.

William Owens was driving down Highway 302 when he said he saw a fireball go across the road. He said:
"I didn’t know what I had seen, it was maybe 800 feet in front of me, but as I approached it closer though I made out a fire. By then I was able to see the tail of the jet and I recognized it as a jet."

Owens then described what he saw as he tried to make it to the wreckage:

"It’s in flames and the fuel is running across the road and I had to cross the fuel to get to the two guys that seemed to have been dumped on the highway."

Owens said the two men (Barker and Goldstein) were in the road trying to extinguish themselves. He then asked the men if there was anyone else on board the plane and they said four more were with them:

"We turned to the jet to try and see if there was anything we could do, but immediately, there was nothing anyone could do."

According to the National Transportation Safety Board, the plane took off at 11:53 pm Friday night heading to Van Nuys, CA. Officials say air traffic controllers reported seeing sparks after the plane started to leave.
Officials say six people were on board the plane when it impacted several lights on Runway 11 and crashed through the fence at the end of the runway. The plane crashed onto Highway 302.
Federal officials say two crew members and two passengers have been killed. Lexington County Coroner Harry Harman has identified all four victims from California. Harman says the pilot, Sarah Lemmon, 31, of Anaheim Hills, co-pilot James Bland, 52, of Carlsbad, Chris Baker, 29, of Studio City and Charles Still, 25, of Los Angeles all perished in the crash.
National Transportation Safety Board officials say the plane crashed just after take off at 11:53 p.m. Friday.
At this time, they say the flight was attempting to take off on Runway 11, but it skidded down the runway. It crashed through a perimeter fence, hit an antennae array and lights, then hit an embankment along Highway 302.
The fuselage of the plane was badly burned.
The two other performers from the Five Points concert, Gavin DeGraw and Perry Farrell, were not on the plane.
Hopefully Barker and Goldstein will survive their burns. This is terribly sad. Four people lost their lives.

Katie Holmes made her Broadway debut last night in a production of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre. Tom Cruise commented on Katie’s performance:

"Did you see it? … It was extraordinary."

Diane Yatauro (54), of Glen Cove, New York, thinks she nailed it. Yaturo commented:

"It was a very tough role in that she had to be delicate and hurt and strong. She was playing against some heavyweights who’ve been around for a long time and she held her own."

Another New Yorker Nadja Forbes (35) said she was impressed, and commented:

"She brings this fresh breeze of air not only in her acting but also in her dialogue that kind of breaks up the seriousness of what’s going on. I’m actually surprised that she’s, you know, enough of an actress for being on Broadway."

Although Katie’s performance received a lot of praise, an anti-scientology group called Anonymous protested outside. A group of about 20 protesters, some of whom wore V for Vendetta masks, shouted "Save Katie," and held up signs that read:

"We are protesting Scientology. It is evil. Scientology kills people. It follows you home at night. It is perverted.”

Protesting outside Katie’s Broadway debut may not have been the most appropriate forum, but they only showed up because the media doesn’t cover their protests outside Scientology headquarters much anymore.
In other news, Scientology might be banned in France, because France considers Scientology a cult and not a religion.

Anonymous claims Scientology is a cult that uses harassment and intimidation to scare people, which is why France is trying to ban Scientology. In the video below Scientology volunteers passed out flyers with real pictures, real names, and real home addresses of members of the protest group Anonymous. I have a feeling Dr. Evil from Austin Powers was based on a real person. Right Tom?

SEC ArTiFiCiAlLy PrOpS Up ThE StOcK MaRkEt

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued several orders the past few days regarding short sales of stock. Today the SEC issued another emergency order preventing short stock sales from and to a long list of institutions until October 2. This effectively will give the appearance that the stock market has stabilized, when in fact it is still going to sell off once the short sale restrictions are removed.
There are two ways to trade stock: long and short. A long stock trade is a "buy." A long position is when a person "buys" a stock when a stock is going up, and makes money when they sell it higher, and loses money when it goes lower. A short stock trade is a "sell." A short position, is the one being regulated by the SEC right now, and it is when a person "sells" a stock that is going down, and makes money when they allow someone else to "buy" that stock on the way down, and they lose money if the stock rises above the price they sold it at. A short sale is the opposite of a buy or purchase. This allows for there to be two sides to the stock market.
The bottom line is this, the markets are going to go a lot lower, so stay out of the stock market. Once housing appears to be recovering, which could be several years from now, that would be the time to invest in the stock market again safely.

ShIa LaBeOuF 'Getting Through' HaNd InJuRy

Action star Shia LaBeouf is just as tough off screen as he is on.

"I'm just propped up right now to do Transformers 2," LaBeouf told PEOPLE of his left hand at Tuesday's Eagle Eye premiere in Hollywood. "Then, when I get another surgery, I'll start recovering. Right now, I'm getting through."

It was his first red carpet appearance since the July 27 DUI arrest and accident that crushed his hand. The 22-year-old kept the healing appendage, which was in a white protective guard, in his pocket for most of the night. And when asked if he was "70- to 80-percent back to normal," LaBeouf joked, "I haven't percentaged it out."

LaBeouf's hand injury, which left two of his fingers broken, forced a script rewrite of Transformers 2, which is currently in production. The changes are minor, according to one of the movie's writers.

"It will be a part of it," Alex Kurtzman, Transformers 2 co-writer and Eagle Eye producer, said. "Very little, actually, very little. Without giving too much away, it actually fit very organically into what we were already doing."

LaBeouf revealed to PEOPLE that it's the elaborate action sequences with explosions on Eagle Eye, Transformers 2, and Indiana Jones 4 where actors stand to get injured.

"You start pushing it a little bit. The scary thing about doing it so often is you take certain things for granted," he said. "You forget to put the elbow pad on, and you wind up wrecking your elbow … You become jaded. It's work to not become jaded."

Amid filming the fourth season of The Hills, Lauren Conrad can still find time for a cause close to her heart – fighting violence.

Part of the profits from mark, the beauty and accessories line she promotes for Avon, will be donated to groups involved in stemming dating violence, Conrad writes on her MySpace celebrity blog.

"I have partnered with mark in its first initiative, aimed at ending the cycle of dating abuse and violence. Women ages 16-24 experience the highest rates of partner violence, and mark and I want to change that statistic," writes Conrad.

Twenty dollars from every $22 "Have A Heart" necklace sold will help fund the project.

Conrad, 22, says she will serve as honorary co-chair of a panel that will select up to five organizations that will receive the funds.

"Abuse is a devastating cycle. By purchasing this necklace for yourself and your friends, you'll support the cause and raise awareness," she adds about the project.

During the interview, Holland also asked Bruni-Sarkozy about her husband's opinion of her tunes. He is "really kind" about it, she said. "He listens to all my doubts."

t was finally revealed on last night’s 90210 that bad boy Dylan McKay is the father of Kelly Taylor’s 4-year-old son. Jennie Garth, who plays Kelly, talked to PEOPLE.com about the big baby daddy reveal, the loyal fans and possible future cameos from the old-school cast. –Elaine Aradillas

What did you think when they told you Dylan was going to be the father?
It was very confusing for me because initially the idea of having a son was my idea. I thought it would bring a great amount of depth to my character. Then the question came up, ‘Well, who’s the father?’ And I really hadn’t thought it through that far. So, I was like, Oh, I guess need one of those. It’s gone back and forth: Who and what and when and why? I think they settled on Dylan because Kelly and Dylan had such a passionate relationship in the past. Their relationship was so heated. It was kind of undeniable.

Since you started the new 90210, who did the fans want the father to be?
It’s funny because everyone who was a fan of the original show has an opinion about who Kelly ended up with. I had been so detached from it for so long that I was like, I don’t even know how the show left it off. Had she gone away with Brandon or Dylan? I remember that one time when she said, ‘I choose me,’ which was really great. That was hilarious to me. I’d have to say it’s 50/50–it’s either Brandon or Dylan. Everyone wanted to know who the father was, and you know, I’d say it could be Steve Sanders or it could be Nat from the Peach Pit. You don’t know.

How did the producers decide who the father would be?
I was completely in the dark. They’ve been trying to secure Brandon to come back on the show, or Dylan or Donna. They’re trying to get little cameos from all of the original cast. A lot of it has to do with availability – where, when they would need them. It was never like, we definitely want to make it Dylan because of X,Y and Z. It was kind of like wait and see how it pans out. I didn’t even know for the first three or four episodes who the father was. And then I read it in the script, and I was like, ‘Oh, okay. I guess Dylan’s the dad. Great.’ And it made sense to me because like I said, Kelly and Dylan ultimately do belong together. They have a fiery thing.

How do you think the fans will react to the news?
Either way, whether the son was Brandon’s or Dylan’s, the fans will be excited. Because that’s a direct connection with what they want–the original show. And those characters from the original show are seared into those old hardcore fans’ mind, and to have that connection and to have that tie-in, they’re going to love it. And they’re going to analyze everything that little kid does. He has no idea what he’s gotten himself into.

Any chance Dylan will show up in a cameo?
I would love to work with Luke [Perry] again. I love him dearly. And I also would love to work with Jason [Priestley] again. It’s a great question for the producers. I would be nothing but totally happy to have either of them there.

Do we find out where Dylan is?
You find out a little bit of information, but I don’t think it’s until a little bit later. A later episode. I think there might be more surprises in store.

Any chance of another love triangle?
There are some people that think Kelly and Brandon belong together. It’s interesting, just because the father is Dylan doesn’t mean that’s who Kelly is ultimately going to end up with.

Paul McCartney showed off his new girlfriend Nancy Shevell for the first time in London Tuesday as he joined his family for a gala night – and a good cause.

The couple – who undertook a summer road trip across the U.S. together – gave each other a kiss and then walked around British Style Observed, an exhibition and auction of photographic works that included those by McCartney's daughter Mary, 39.

Shevell, 48, told PEOPLE that her favorite was a photo of The Queen Best Actress Oscar winner Helen Mirren.

Held at the Natural History Museum, the event benefited Macmillan Cancer Support, which assists those with the disease.

McCartney, 66, is gearing up for his "Friendship First" concert in Tel Aviv next week. And despite reported threats against his life by militant anti-Israel factions, the former Beatle says he's keeping to his usual show preparations.

"It's the same as always, I'm rehearsing," he told PEOPLE. "I was a Boy Scout. 'Be prepared,' that's the motto."

Also at the British Style event, part of the National Magazine Company's 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty Festival, were McCartney's younger daughter, designer Stella McCartney, 37, and Kate Hudson, who arrived and left together.

Six photos by Mary, 39, were sold to benefit the cause. Afterwards, Mary – who gave birth only five weeks ago – showed off baby photos on her iPhone and told PEOPLE that she named her newborn son Sam.

Fergie then ran over to pet the pooch. "It was cute," the observer says. "She was actually 'oohing' and 'ahhing.'"

• Jessica Simpson, making a brief (and accidental) foray into political territory – literally. The singer and her entourage (including, of course, maltipoo Daisy) crossed paths with John McCain and his own entourage at the Tampa International Airport, in an area reserved for private planes and charter flights. Simpson and the Republican presidential candidate never interacted, but the newly minted country star was being followed by a video camera.

• After spending Fashion Week in New York, Hilary Swank returned to Los Angeles to focus on her own image. The Oscar winner swung by Neil George Salon to dye her hair back from blonde to her natural brown. "She couldn't wait to get back to brunette," a source tells us. (Swank, of course, colored and cropped her hair for her role as Amelia Earhart in the biopic Amelia.) In total, the process took about four hours, and when Swank was finished she snuck out the front door, all bundled up.

Scarlett Johansson is returning from a four-day trip to the African nation of Rwanda, where she visited AIDS clinics.

On the same day that she completed her first triathlon in Malibu, Jennifer Lopez threw a sexy surprise 40th birthday party for her husband, Marc Anthony, in New York City.

Pulling off the big bash – and keeping it a secret – took a bit of sneaky maneuvering and required Lopez to use her honed acting skills, she tells PEOPLE.

In the weeks leading up to his 40th birthday, Anthony frequently asked his wife: "What are we gonna do for my birthday?" says Lopez, 39. But she played it cool. "I told him it was such a busy weekend, that I might not be able to do anything," she says with a laugh.

In fact, Lopez had managed to plan a 1940's Cuban nightclub themed party at the Bowery Hotel. Turning on her famous work ethic, the singer-actress biked, swam and ran to a fifth place finish in the celebrity women's category at the Nautica Malibu Triathlon on Sunday – then hopped a jet to New York for the party that night.

The ruse? Lopez told her husband that they were going to a dinner celebrating pal Katie Holmes's upcoming Broadway debut in All My Sons. And he didn't suspect a thing. "I can't believe we pulled it off," Lopez marvels. "He was so blown away."

The party featured stripper Dita Von Teese, a salsa orchestra, mojitos and showgirls in feather headdresses, just like at Havana's famous Tropicana nightclub. Party planner Liberty Woodman, who coordinated the event with Lopez, says, "She wanted a sexy vibe with the casino and showgirls."

The couple's friends and family danced the night away, including Brooke Shields and husband Chris Henchy. Says Shields with a laugh: "Jennifer is amazing. I did a triathlon once in college but for me a triathlon is now eating, drinking and sleeping." Adds pal Leah Remini, "The party is over the top. It's pure Jennifer."

After a night of gambling, dancing and singing (Lopez dedicated a sultry version of "My Man" to the birthday boy) the couple and their 6-month-old twins, Max and Emme, took off for a vacation to the coast of Italy and Greece.

From the yacht, Lopez raved about her little ones: "They are crawling and teething," she says. "Emme is always very calm and quiet. Max is kinda very boy. He's brawny and tough. He likes to scream and yell sometimes, and she's kinda looking at him [like], 'Hey, why are you screaming.' "

Michael Phelps may fuel his body with 12,000 calories a day – think fried egg sandwiches, chocolate chip pancakes, omelets and French toast for breakfast alone – but not all Olympians get to indulge their cravings.

"Gymnasts eat totally different," gold medalist Nastia Liukin told PEOPLE at Badgley Mischka's Spring 2009 fashion show Sept. 12 in New York City. In fact, she says her daily intake may be closer to 1,200 calories than 12,000.

A typical breakfast is "eggs or yogurt or oatmeal," said Liukin, 18, who took the gold for the individual all-around in Beijing. "Then for lunch I'll have a salad with chicken or fish or some sort of protein and then for dinner I keep it really light with probably just a piece of fish and vegetables."

That lean combo is just enough "to keep me energized," she said, "but I do have a few power bars before my practices."

So how has life changed since Beijing? Getting photographed all the time, "is really different," said Liukin, who hit three shows during New York's fashion week, possibly gathering inspiration for the line of gymnastics leotards she is designing.

"When I'm performing and I get photographed I don't see anything because I'm so focused on what I'm doing. Now, it's crazy being here, but it's been a lot of fun and I'm definitely enjoying this experience."

Robert De Niro is one of the most celebrated actors of our time. But what impressed Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson about his Righteous Kill costar? His marksmanship.

To break the ice on the set, De Niro, a two-time Oscar winner, took the rapper and one-time drug dealer to a firing range to shoot handguns.

"We went a couple of times together," Jackson, 33, tells PEOPLE. "He was a much better shot than I thought he would be. I was impressed."

While Jackson – who was shot nine times at close range eight years ago – may have been wowed by De Niro's way with a gun, he wasn't intimidated by the 65-year-old actor, or his equally legendary Righteous Kill costar, Al Pacino.

"I was comfortable, because I was really well-prepared," says Jackson. "I had worked long and hard with an acting coach specifically for that role."

Jackson says his character in the movie, a street-hustler-turned-nightclub-owner, has little in common with the real life gangsters he met growing up in Queens.

"He is taunting the police and they don’t actually do that," says Jackson. "In reality [gangsters] move away from those type of situations, because ultimately you wont win."

Adds Jackson, "In that life you don’t want no association to them period. You want to avoid police totally."

"Halo's fun," Henrie says. "It's a good game."

Video games have become one of the best ways for the brothers to interact socially as their fame has sky-rocketed, Henrie adds.

When they go out, "they've got a bodyguard with them 24/7," he says, so hanging out at home is far more appealing.

"You just go to someone's house, and you just hang out at their house," Henrie says. "You actually get to be with them."

Giving is taking a new form, courtesy of the parents to Harlow Richie-Madden.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden announced Monday a text-messaging effort with MySpace to benefit their Richie-Madden Children's Foundation.

"There are so many children here who need a place to play. We're excited to help them," Richie sat at an ice cream social to raise awareness in downtown Los Angeles Monday.

The first goal of the "Text CHILD to 90999" campaign? To build a playground for the children at a downtown Los Angeles housing project, which helps low-income families out of homelessness. The building, which is home to 175 children (many of whom were eating melted Marble Slab Creamery ice cream cups in the courtyard), has no recreational facilities.

"We think there should be a playground on the concrete slab you're sitting on," Madden said to the crowd. "It's bigger than building a playground, but this is an exciting start. And I'll come play on it."

The couple also took to their Web site to urge participation. "We hope our support will shine a spotlight on important issues facing children and will inspire and educate the public, especially young people, to get involved, too. We want to do more than write checks."

The program aims to benefit low-income families, build playgrounds, offer medical services, and give baby products to mothers. Foundation partners include the Los Angeles Free Clinic, UNICEF and Children's Health Fund.

The Richie-Madden Children's Foundation, founded in 2007, has Richie's mother, Brenda, on its board of directors. The San Francisco-based Tides Foundation is listed as the charity's fiscal supporter.

Sarah, 24, suffers from Permanent Sexual Arousal Syndrome (PSAS), which increases blood flow to the sex organs.

She said: "Sometimes I have so much sex to try to calm myself down I get bored of it. And men I sleep with don't seem to make as much effort because I climax so easily."

As she chatted, Sarah became increasingly flustered.

"Sorry, you'll have to excuse me for a minute. I'll be with you in a sec," she mumbled before letting out a long sigh.

Sarah, from London, developed PSAS after being prescribed anti-depressants at 19.

Stunned

She believes her condition was brought on by the pills.

She said: "Within a few weeks I just began to get more and more aroused more and more of the time and I just kept having endless orgasms.

"It started off in bed where sex sessions would last for hours and my boyfriend would be stunned at how many times I would orgasm.

"Then it would happen after sex. I'd be thinking about what we'd done in bed and I'd start feeling a bit flushed, then I'd become aroused and climax.

"In six months I was having 150 orgasms a day—and it has been as many as 200."

She and her boyfriend split— and new partners struggle to keep up with her sex demands. "Often, I'll want to wear myself out by having as many orgasms as I can so they stop and I can get some peace," she said.

Sarah is a beautician and working in salons filled with whirring hairdryers and skincare gadgets can cause problems.

"If I start coughing and run to the loo, the girls know to fetch the client a magazine or a cup of tea," she said, adding, "Sometimes I'd like to just have a normal life."

Sarah says the Permanent Sexual Arousal Syndrome that she suffers from can cause her to have orgasm at any time of day.

She explained: "Anything can set me off. Even the hairdryers cause funny pulsations through my body.

"As a skin care specialist I have to use tools which vibrate a lot of the time for micro-dermabrasion and they sometimes set me off.

"I find if I'm nervous I'm less likely to get over-excited. So sometimes I try to psyche myself up and worry to control my orgasms.

"Some of my regular customers know my problem. But with new clients it's hard to explain.

"I have been in the middle of a treatment and it's happened and I've had to carry on.

"I was doing a bikini wax and you have to really concentrate and keep your hands very still, and mine go a bit wobbly when I orgasm.

"I had to pretend I had cramp in my foot and just stood there wriggling around on the spot and stifling my moans until it was over."

Sarah's friends think she is the luckiest girl ever, although her family think her behaviour is sometimes slightly odd.

She said: "The best way to describe how I am when I am with my family and I have one of my 'moments' is that I behave like Sheila from Shameless.

"I just get a bid giddy and yelp out and try to control myself. I've never sat down and explained it to my mum and dad.

"They just think I get a bit hyperactive round them.

"My friends think it's great. I have more orgasms in one day than most of them will probably have in a year.

"They say to me that they feel lucky if their boyfriend makes them have one orgasm-some days I have one every ten minutes."

It has proved to be a problem for Sarah in some relationships.

She said: "I dated one guy who was very selfish and he was that way in the bedroom too. He'd just lie back and expect me to please him.

"He just figured that because I could climax without him even having to touch me, he didn't need to do anything to please me.

"I just thought that was rude and inconsiderate. It didn't last very long with him."

Noisy

She has also had embarrassing moments in public. Going to noisy bars and clubs is out of the question as the vibrations send her wild.

"We have to find nice quiet bars," she explained. "I have more orgasms if I have a drink as it relaxes me so I tend to drink very little now.

"It can be a bit embarrassing if I'm tipsy and guys who don't know me talk to me, because I find it harder to hide.

"The most embarrassing thing that has happened was when I answered a market research questionnaire and had an orgasm in front of the researcher.

"She knew what was happening and looked at me like I was a weirdo. I tried to explain that I couldn't help it, but I was blushing so much I had to walk away."

Sarah has even been to a Sex Addicts' Anonymous meeting in despair over her sex drive.

She said: "At first when the problem started I just wanted to have sex all the time, I thought I was a sex addict.

"But when I looked around the room and heard the stories other people told, about how desperate they were for sex, I realised I wasn't like them.

Problem

"With me, it was a means of releasing my orgasm, but now I know I don't have to have sex to do that."

Sarah has looked into the condition and believes it may have been triggered by her taking anti-depressants.

She said: "I've found studies that say that taking anti-depressants and then stopping has an effect on the sexual organs. That is the only thing that explains what happens to me.

"But I've heard of other girls who have the same problem and it just appears out of the blue. I've spoken to my doctor about it but she wasn't a great deal of help but that's mainly because there's very little known about it and no one yet knows how to cure it."

Thanks to her understanding friends and colleagues, Sarah feels like she can now live with PSAS.

She said: "I'm lucky because people around me are very kind and appreciate that sometimes this is a problem for me and it can be embarrassing.

"I need to concentrate on something sad or worrying when I talk to people and I don't want to get carried away."

During our 40-minute interview, Sarah told us she had five orgasms.

Years of dealing with the problem means that sometimes she can hide it quite well.

Her voice goes high pitched and she will lose her train of thought and have to stop talking completely for a few seconds. She says disguises this by coughing when she is in awkward situations.

"But it's also nice to have so much excitement every day! It's strange because it came from nowhere and I guess it could go away just as quickly, so I'm making the most of it while it lasts!"
